BURIAL SERVICE OPTIONS
1. TRADITIONAL FUNERAL SERVICE – ONE DAY VISITATION
This traditional funeral service offers the full service of the funeral director and staff, transportation of the deceased to the funeral home, embalming and other preparation of the deceased, full use of the facility, including visitation for one day (up to four hours), funeral ceremony, hearse transportation to cemetery (within 40 mile radius), utility vehicles, cemetery arrangements and filing the necessary documents.
2. ALTERNATIVE TRADITIONAL FUNERAL SERVICE – SAME DAY VISIT
This package includes the full service of the funeral director and staff, transportation of the deceased to the funeral home, embalming, and other preparation of the deceased, use of the facility, one (1) hour visitation prior the funeral service, funeral ceremony, hearse transportation to the cemetery (within 40 mile radius), utility vehicle, cemetery arrangements and filing necessary documents.
3. MODIFIED FUNERAL SERVICE – WITHOUT VISITATION
This package includes the full service of the funeral director and staff, transportation of the deceased to the funeral home, embalming and other preparation of the deceased, use of facility and /or equipment and staff for funeral ceremony, hearse transportation to cemetery (40 mile radius), utility vehicle, cemetery arrangements and filing necessary documents.
4. GRAVESIDE SERVICE – WITH VISITATION
This package includes the full service of the funeral director and staff, transportation of the deceased to the funeral home, embalming and other preparation of the deceased, use of facility for visitation, hearse transportation to cemetery (40 mile radius), graveside service, utility vehicle, cemetery arrangements, and filing necessary documents.
5. GRAVESIDE SERVICE
This package includes the full service of the funeral director and staff, transportation of the deceased to the funeral home, and other preparation of the deceased, hearse transportation to cemetery (within 40 mile radius), utility vehicle and filing necessary documents.
6. GRAVESIDE SERVICE WITH MEMORIAL SERVICE FOLLOWING
This package includes full service of funeral director and staff, transportation of the deceased to the funeral home, and other preparation, hearse transportation to cemetery (within 40 mile radius), no visitation, cemetery arrangements, utility vehicle and filing necessary documents. Graveside Service and following Memorial Service at Funeral Home or at another location.
7. MEMORIAL SERVICE WITHOUT GRAVESIDE SERVICE OR VISITATION
This package includes full services of funeral director, transportation of deceased to the funeral home, minimum sanitary, arrangements and transfer to cemetery, Memorial service, service vehicle and filing necessary documents.
8. PRIVATE VIEWING AND GRAVESIDE SERVICE
This package includes full services of funeral director and staff, transportation of the deceased to the funeral home, embalming and other preparation for brief private family viewing, transfer to cemetery and graveside service, service car, filing necessary documents
9. IMMEDIATE BURIAL
This package includes basic services of funeral director and staff, minimum sanitary care, transportation of the deceased to the funeral home, cemetery arrangements and transfer, filing necessary documents; this package does not include any ceremonies or viewing.
10. FORWARDING TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME
This package includes transfer of deceased to funeral home, services of staff, embalming, necessary authorizations, and local transfer to transportation point. This charge does not include the services of staff/and or facilities for any visitation and/or rites or ceremony, or additional funeral services.
11. RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME
This charge includes local transfer to funeral home, temporary shelter of remains, and transfer of remains to a local cemetery or crematory and staff services required. This charge does not include merchandise, visitation, ceremony or other funeral services.
In addition to the above packages, any merchandise, and associated cash advance items will be added to the total cost of the funeral.
